NATIONAL PARTS AND SERVICES PROGRAM
Honda had come to the realization that their current Parts and Services program communications were not achieving the results they were looking for nationally.
I was brought on to bring my background in direct response and cross channel marketing to the parts and services program.
I developed a rebranding concept, new messaging in the form of an overarching campaign that would be carried throughout the programs materials in order to support the new brand message. I also brought new forms of tracking methods in order to be able to more accurately track the response. I also brought new optimized layouts for all mobile communications.
