Lufthansa Airlines’ needed to grow its “Miles & More” air mileage program and its annual employee incentive campaign was one of the key marketing initiatives to drive this growth.
We developed an annual themed contest and giveaways surrounding current Pop Culture to encourage employee engagement.
RESULTS:
The annual employee contest campaign accounted for 10% of Lufthansa-USA’s corporate sales goals.
The campaign was the most successful internal incentive campaign to date for Lufthansa-USA.
